We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Health, Safety and Logistics Trainer to join the Depot in Manchester on a 12-month internship with the potential to become permanent.
As the Logistics Trainer, you will support with the development, delivery, and administration of all training needs across the business whilst ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Customer Service standards.
Carrying out detailed performance assessments and identifying training needs across the depots. You will develop and deliver robust, award-winning training to resolve identified issues whilst ensuring employees are provided with the correct training to fulfil their roles in a safe and effective manner.
This rare opportunity will allow the successful candidate to gain exposure and knowledge of training within Logistics for the world's leading manufacturer of domestic appliances. Gaining invaluable experience from colleagues and training courses, this is not an opportunity to be missed.

Requirements
- Previous experience within a multi-drop or warehousing environment would be beneficial.
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Proven experience within a training role would be advantageous.
- An understanding of legislation regarding EU driving hours and Road Transport (Working Time) Directive would be advantageous.
- A keen willingness to learn and progress within the role.
- Experience of using MS Packages and Google Suite.
- A ‘can do' attitude and approach to work.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Flexible approach to working hours and location as the role will require occasional working and unsociable hours.
