DK Recruitment are seeking 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client who are a leading managed service provider based in Exeter looking to expand their 2nd line service desk team.
We are looking for a minimum of 3 years IT support experience working on a service desk, ideally for a MSP but this isn't essential.
A full UK driving licence & own vehicle is essential for this post as you will travel to customer sites on occasion.
Experience/Duties
- Experience supporting Windows Servers, O365, Azure AD, Intune and general Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
- Ensuring that all communications to the Service Desk, phone calls, and emails are answered
promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Location: Brighton
- Salary: Up to £32,400 DOE
- They provide fully funded training and certifications.
