On behalf of our clients we are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Valuer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for dealing with new business generation, valuing & listing. A proven track in estate agency and in particular valuing is essential, although full training will be provided.
Although experience is essential, full training will be provided Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, be able to close a sale and have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude. We are also able to offer a degree of flexibility to working hours to attract the right candidate.
A day in the life of a Valuer
You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team
You will follow up on valuations and any new business opportunities and have a keen eye for new business generation
You will work to targets around listing's and conversion rates
You will actively prospect for new business
You will monitor business generation and targets for your branch
You will carry out sales and lettings valuations
You will need a full, clean driving license and use of your own car and we will pay 45p per mile for all business miles.
The job is subject to suitable references.
The office hours are Monday - Friday as well as every other Saturday, from 9am -12pm.
