I am currently working with an award winning Top 100 law firm who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join their dynamic Employment team in Cardiff, with flexibility to work across their offices in Swansea, Cowbridge and Caerphilly.
As part of this position, you will be handling a diverse caseload that caters to both employers and employees.
You will provide advice on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including:
- Advising individuals on all types of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements, misconduct claims, discrimination and bullying claims, equal pay advice, family rights, and employment tribunal representation.
- Advising businesses on their employment and HR issues, including HR policies, contracts, restrictive covenants, service agreements, GPPR advice, buying and selling a business, transfers, and TUPE.
About You:
- At least 4 PQE - However, all levels welcome to apply.
- A robust foundation in Employment, either contentious or non-contentious.
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in drafting.
- Proven track record of billings.
