Radley Green have partnered with a well established fast-growing e-commerce business based just outside London that are seeking to add to their financial controls and reporting team.
The role reports directly into a Senior Finance Manager and works across the team on financial reporting and internal controls maintenance.
This role will pay up to 70k and will be hybrid working, in the office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and reviewing internal controls working closely with the business as a whole.
- Communicating with the senior leadership team and providing regular updates on the internal controls.
- Assisting in the production and presentation of month end balance sheet reviews and interim reporting to shareholders
- Provide assistance to the Company's internal and external auditors for the execution of their procedures
- Working closely with the auditors on any financial controls queries.
- Promoting financial control awareness and guiding the teams in establishing efficient controls.
- Ad-hoc project work.
Role Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Relative industry / practice experience..
- Experience working on financial control frameworks
- Strong efficient communicator
- Well organised and motivated to work well within a team.
