Responsibilities:
- UK Cadet Recruitment and Training:

Coordinate with local manning agencies and training ships regarding UK cadets.

Liaise with external parties related to Core Training Commitment and training ships under the Tonnage Tax Scheme.

Manage local manning agencies' accounts and payments.

Gather feedback and suggestions from UK cadets.

Conduct periodic assessments of local manning agencies to ensure compliance with company standards.

Stay informed about updated regulations and legislation relevant to the seaman section.
- Employee Recruitment and Orientation:

Prepare recruitment literature and job advertisements.

Organize interviews for prospective employees.

Conduct basic induction sessions for new hires.

Handle various documents, including reference letters and recommendations.

Review monthly attendance records.

Maintain personnel files.
- HR Duties:

Create, update, and maintain staff personal data.

Address employee queries related to HR matters.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by department or section heads.

Assist management and department heads when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and numerical skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Punctuality.
