Goods In Goods Out Operative
Location: Nr Poole
Salary: £26k - £27k DOE
Hours: 7:00am- 4:00pm Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch)

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a well-established manufacturing business based near Poole, Dorset. They are looking for a Warehouse Goods In Goods out operative to join their Team.
The successful candidate must have Warehouse experience within a similar industry. You will be required to work closely with your Colleagues to ensure the smooth running within the factory. It is a very busy environment, having to unload vehicles with incoming stock, put stock into the correct locations and update their in-house computer systems. Dealing with carrier portals and booking carriers. Forklift Counterbalance / Reach is essential for this role. If you have previously held a FLT but your Licence has lapsed then this would also be considered.
Please note Transport is essential due to the location.
The successful Goods In Goods out Operative will:-
- Hold a Forklift Licence (or have held one previously)
- Computer literate
- Goods in / Goods out experience
- Ability to build strong relationships (internal/external)
- Have great attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise tasks in order to work effectively and to ensure deadlines are met
- Calm under pressure
- Have a flexible nature
Goods In / Goods out Operator job Duties:-
- Unload vehicles of incoming stock
- Put stock into correct locations
- Feed machines with materials to be cut
- Load vehicles with orders for delivery
- Pack completed orders onto pallets
- Complete relevant paperwork / delivery notes
- update their in-house computer systems
- Dealing with carrier bookings and portals
- Additional warehouse duties
- Willing to learn other aspects of the Warehouse I.E Machinery for flexibility with sickness / holiday cover.
