ABOUT THE HEAD OF ART POST:
This is a Highly regarded independent Catholic school for girls aged 11 to 18 situated within Kensington who wish to appoint an outstanding Head of Art and Textiles from September 2024.
The school are seeking an enthusiastic leader with a real passion for promoting the importance of Art and Textiles at GCSE and A-Level and who is committed to balancing the support and challenge of all students.
To lead this highly successful department, the ideal candidate will be a well-qualified graduate and an ambitious and inspirational professional with a proven track record.
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of recent innovations in teaching and learning, a secure knowledge of GCSE and A Level curricula and relevant experience in terms of involvement in the co-curricular life of the school.
Class sizes are small and teaching allocations are realistic. All school staff are provided with tea and coffee, break-time snacks and a three-course lunch in the school dining room.
