- Extensive knowledge or all aspects of business transactions involving sales and acquisitions.
- Thorough knowledge of the planning application process
- The capacity to guide the client through business financing situations.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year PQE, however the ideal PQE range is 3 to 5.
- The capability to effectively handle a wide variety of cases, including both large-scale projects and smaller matters spanning various industries.
- Client centric mentality.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, legal counsel, and other involved parties.
- Staying informed about current laws and protocols relevant to the cases being managed.
The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
