Lettings Negotiator - Liverpool - up to £25k basic plus commission

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team where ongoing training and career progression is highly encouraged.
Main Duties for the Lettings Negotiator Role:
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Organising and carrying out viewings
- Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
- Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
- Negotiate any offers received
Skills Required:
- Previous Lettings experience essential
- Great customer service skills
- Good people skills
- Smart, well-spoken and articulate
- Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
- Full UK driving license and car owner essential
Hours - Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota with day off in the week
