Retrofit Coordinator
Salary: £43,000-£47,000 + £900 Car Allowance per Annum

We are currently seeking a Retrofit Coordinator for a leading Housing Association based in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency to make a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the retrofit process, ensuring their journey is smooth, well-communicated, and aligned with PAS 2035 regulations.
- Attend community engagement events to raise awareness about retrofit initiatives and their benefits.
- Oversee the compliance of retrofit projects, ensuring they adhere to PAS 2035 from initial assessment through to final evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive whole-house retrofit plans, focusing on energy efficiency and adopting a fabric-first approach in line with PAS 2035 protocols.
- Liaise with funding options and government schemes, such as SHDF, ECO4, and LAD, to ensure project viability and support pathways for residents.
About You:
- A strong understanding of PAS 2035 standards and the retrofit process.
- Excellent communication skills, with a resident-focused approach.
- Experience with energy efficiency projects in domestic buildings, ideally with an emphasis on sustainable solutions.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Team and Culture:
You'll be joining a dynamic and expanding energy efficiency team, working closely with professionals including Energy Sustainability Leads, Project Surveyors, Property Inspectors, and Strategic Asset Managers. Together, the team is committed to ensuring all properties meet an EPC rating of C by 2030, helping create warmer, more affordable homes and significantly reducing carbon emissions.
