An established market leading SaaS vendor within MarTech is looking to add a strategic account manager to their team as part of their next phase of growth! Job Title: Strategic Account Manager, Customer Success

Location: Hybrid, London, 3 days a week in the office (expenses covered for travel)
Package: £55,000-£60,000 base + ote

The Role:
In the role as a strategic account manager you will have full responsibility for a number of key accounts, from a variety of sectors including FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, Corporate Commercial etc which are generally enterprise level clients. You will be responsible for managing the day to day relationships with the clients as such you will need to be someone who has excellent communication skills and is someone who can work with both clients and internal stakeholders collaboratively in order to deliver the best customer experience and ensure the customer is meeting or exceeding their goals from their employee advocacy program. You will also be someone who is comfortable working closely with the director of customer success in order to help develop the playbook for operational processes within account management, whether that is renewals, upselling campaigns or account nurture etc

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked a similar environment, so MarTech, or Social Media SaaS technology experience being highly desirable. You will need to be a process driven relationship focused strategic account manager that can demonstrate a track record of working with clients to ensure they are getting maximum usage and return from the offering due to their employees being engaged. A solid understanding of marketing whether that is through technology or working in a marketing agency as an account manager is a big plus. It is also a huge advantage if you have worked in an early stage business / start up / growth based organisation where you have had an input into developing policies around a great customer experience

The Package:
On offer will be a competitive basic salary of between £55,000-£60,000 depending on experience along with an uncapped commission plan with an ote of circa £80,000 in the first year with it being £100,000 in the 2nd year plus benefits such as private health, private medical and travel to and from the office covered by the client
