Senior Graphic Designer

This Senior Graphic Designer role is positioned in a leading law firm and will play a pivotal role in leading key design projects and high value tender opportunities. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who is looking to mentor junior designers and artworkers, guiding projects from concept to completion, and delivering visually stunning results that align with the firms brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire design workflow, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects adhere to brand standards and deadlines.
  • Support the management of a team of graphic designers and artworkers by offering guidance, mentorship, and constructive critique.
  • Keep current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, introducing new ideas and approaches to enhance the design process.
  • Handle multiple projects at once, efficiently prioritizing tasks and managing schedules to ensure timely completion. Review and approve designs to guarantee they meet top-quality standards and align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain a unified visual identity across various platforms, including print materials, digital documents, branded products, and event collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Pitch teams to create cohesive, impactful visual content that drives business goals.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or the equivalent.
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in design, with experience in a strategic role.
  • Experience in the management or mentorship of junior designers.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Foleon and Zmags.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
