Established for over 100 years, this 5-partner firm has a renowned reputation in the region and has a unique opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (0-4 years PQE) to join a team of 8 other fee earners in Marlow.
Your role will involve significant responsibility and the opportunity to pick up a busy caseload. This is a real opportunity for the right candidate to step into the position of heading up the day-to-day dealings for several of the firm's clients.
The role will also include some high-net-worth commercial real estate matters, including:
- HNW Clients
- Sales and Purchases of commercial property and land for commercial use
- Landlord and Tenant
- Developers
- Option Agreements
- Leases
You will have access to secretarial support as much as is required and get involved with running your own caseload to build up a following of clients within this region.
