Sales Administration Manager

The KC Group have partnered with an established supplier based In the Warwickshire area, who are recruiting for a Sales Administration Manager on a full time permanent basis.

The role is based onsite Monday-Friday, 8:30am- 4:30pm with onsite parking available.

We would like to hear from applicants who:

  • Have Sales Order Processing experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Sage 50 experience or similar

Key duties and responsibilities of the Sales Administration Manager role include:

  • Overseeing of additional office staff based at the depot.
  • Placing orders and responding to quotation requests.
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email.
  • Accounts invoicing and checking supplier invoices.
  • Ordering of goods and services.
  • Liaising with suppliers, haulage and couriers arranging deliveries and collections.
  • Adhoc administration as and when required by the management team.
