We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a leading TV Production company on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support the Head of Business & Legal, the VP of Film Business & Legal Affairs, the VP of TV Business & Legal Affairs, and the Associate Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for diary management, meeting agendas and all VC/conference call set ups, booking travel, taking messages, collation of information etc.
  • Drafting letters, reports and minutes of meetings.
  • Responsible for couriers for legal contracts, receiving documentation and coordinating with external contacts to ensure legal documentation has been received.
  • Managing leave and absences for the Legal team.
  • Chasing outstanding issues / reports as and when required.
  • Managing the team's expenses, raising Purchase Orders as required, and managing the Department's system for payment of legal invoices
  • Manage the Department's system for storing and archiving documents, both online and hard copy, including indexing and retrieval.
  • Assisting Head of Business & Legal Affairs, VPs Business & Legal Affairs and/or Associate Legal Counsel on special projects as/when instructed.
  • General administrative duties
  • Act as a first point of contact for general day-to-day enquiries, and as a filter to facilitate answers to queries across all internal departments as needed.
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors, the team's direct reports, members of senior management teams and their PA's.
  • Build strong relationships with all WT personal assistants and be a back-up to them when required.
  • Undertake all other tasks as allocated by the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Immediate availability
  • Experience working within a law firm as a legal assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • An enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and film/TV in particular.

This is a temporary role, starting immediately for 3 months, paying a daily rate of £134-£173 + holiday pay (depending on experience). Legal experience isn't essential for this role, but it would suit someone who has previous experience working for a large, creative brand.

This role is working 9.30am-6.30pm, fully office based in central London.
