Gi Group is seeking a dedicated On-site Account Manager to join our team at our clients
Automotive Factory is Ellesmere Port.

This is a fantastic opportunity to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role. As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
This role will require you to become an integral part of the client's team, you will be working
on site and will need to fully embed yourself by learning about the environment, culture, and
of course, the requirements and skills of the roles you would be recruiting to fulfil.

On-site Account Manager Responsibilities:

- Payroll administration
- KPI reporting
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing the needs and
concerns of our temporary workforce.
- Factory Floor Presence: Visit the factory floor to oversee the temp workforce,
ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues.
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job
adverts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, group recruitment sessions
and booking hours.
- Shift Meetings: Attend and contribute to shift meetings, ensuring clear
communication between all parties.
- Administrative Duties: Utilise Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks,
ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping, right to work checks and candidates'
registrations.

On-Site Account Manager Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability in problem solving and negotiation.
  • Flexibility to work outside of core hours when required for the needs of the business.
  • Experience of managing a P&L
  • Logical and analytical approach to providing solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
