  • Start date September 2024 (Flexibility on start date)
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Location: Tower Hamlets, Walthamstow, Waltham Forest, Hackney,Haringey,Newham,Redbridge Epping and more
  • KS1 Classroom Teacher + Subject / Phase Lead
  • Salary: £36,745-£56,959 Per Annum + (TLR Available) - MPS Scale
  • MUST have 2 years minimum teaching the UK Curriculum
  • MUST have a fully enhanced clean child DBS
  • MUST have full teaching qualifications -PGCE/QTS/B.ED/PGTA

THE ROLE

  • To deliver the KS1 UK curriculum & lead subject in a creative way
  • To engage in Continuous professional development to implement and develop appropriate learning styles
  • Shaping and creating an exciting curriculum for pupils to learn
  • Assessing student progress
  • Providing CPD to staff within your department
  • Planning & delivering engaging, fun interactive lessons
  • Shaping the curriculum and driving student engagement across the Key Stage
  • Ensuring there's support on hand for the growth of both students and Teachers

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

  • A confident KS1 Classroom Teacher & Subject Lead with strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to show great leadership and leadership skills
  • A charismatic Teacher with the ability to deliver interactive and engaging lessons for pupils of all abilities
  • A team player with a strong commitment to professional development
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of what constitutes outstanding teaching and learning
  • Has the vision to motivate and inspire children and promote excellence
