My Client is seeking a

HR Coordinator

to join their HR function team reporting into the Head of HR

On-site 5 days per week

Free parking on-site South Cambridge shire HR Coordinator

Main key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Supporting Training and Development
  • IT Administration
  • General Head Office and Reception administration
  • Coordination and collation of monthly payroll
  • Inform relevant individuals and departments about new staff members
  • Manage and co-ordinate the Training programme
  • First point of contact for all HR quires

Qualifications

  • A good standard of education including Maths and English GCSEs Grade A*- C (or equivalent) or Level 3 NVQ in a relevant subject (Business Administration for example)
  • CIPD level 3 Human Resources (Desirable not Essential)
