We work in close partnership with other organisations - specifically with local health and social care professionals - as well as local people. Working within our community allows us to lead, provide, and influence care so that anyone affected by a life-limiting illness has access to the best possible support when and wherever they need it.
We are now looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 25 hours per week. Ideally, the hours worked will be 9 am - 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday, however, there may be some flexibility on this for the right candidate.

The Role
As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will support the smooth management of learning provision within our hospice.
You will create and maintain efficient processes for the scheduling, monitoring, and management of workforce development activities, while also administering aspects of our external training services.
Working with team leaders, you will schedule training sessions and maintain and report on training records.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage our online training system
- Assist with the external marketing of specialist training courses
- Provide flexible, proactive support for the Learning and Development team
About You
To be considered as a Learning and Development Administrator, you will need:
- Previous experience in HR, training, or learning and development administration
- Experience in creating efficient administrative processes
- Strong IT and MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple processes in an organised manner
- A flexible, methodical, and organised approach
