HR Business Partner

Permanent - Full-Time – £50,000-55,000 - Stonehouse

Our reputable, innovative, and dynamic client within the automotive industry have a permanent vacancy for a HR Business Partner to join the team.

The Role:

  • Working in partnership with the business providing guidance, and lead on all employee matters, including but not limited to performance management, complex ER, coaching, counselling, organisational structure, absence management, job evaluation, training and development.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that deliver commercial value – reduced sickness,
  • Drive a high-performance culture – challenge and coach management teams, empowering line managers to manage HR issues.
  • Drive leadership development and talent management initiatives, implement corporate HR strategy, projects and lead change management.
  • Actively lead and participate in HR projects, and day-to-day admin when required.
  • Support mental health wellbeing
  • Provide and lead end to end recruitment and selection.

The Person:

  • A high level of personal integrity, individual with an ability to work on own initiative.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work effectively in high pressure situations,
  • A CIPD level 5 qualification working towards Level 7. Ideally Level 7 Certificate/diploma.
  • Experience of working in a busy HR department, a positive, ‘can do' attitude
  • Ability to manage Employee Wellness
  • Experience of supporting proactive talent and succession planning
  • Demonstrable experience of managing complex Employee relations issues
  • Strong communication skills, culture carrier, team orientated.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (unionised)/Experience using workday – Desirable
