Description
- Processing of company invoices and payments and ensuring all accounts are maintained
- Processing employee expenses
- Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
- Ensuring payment procedures are met within the agreed timescales
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments.
- Providing general financial support to the team.
- Managing queries via telephone and email on a daily basis
- Maintaining and updating financial records.
Profile
- Will be wanting to study/currently studying your AAT qualification
- Will be confident with the duties listed above
- Have strong numerical skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Job Offer
