Our client is a reputable law firm, based in Canary Wharf seeking an enthusiastic Immigration Solicitor with 5 years PQE plus to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, and asylum cases
- Providing legal advice and support to clients on immigration issues
- Liaising with government agencies, courts, and other legal professionals
- Drafting legal documents, including applications and representation letters
- Representing clients in immigration hearings and tribunals
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in immigration law, 5 years plus
- Strong knowledge of immigration legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
