Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our client's finance team in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a significant analysis project. The successful candidate will support the finance function by leveraging advanced Excel and PowerBI skills to analyze data and create operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and manipulate large datasets from Excel for analysis.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and PowerBI to create detailed operational reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and data visualizations.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.
The successful candidate will:
- Be available on immediate or short notice (2 weeks maximum)
- Ability to navigate Excel to an advanced level, pulling data from VLOOKUPs and Pivot Table.
- Experience or knowledge of PowerBI
- Ability to commute to the Eastbourne area on a daily basis.
