We are looking to recruit a part-time Care Navigator for a busy Milton Keynes GP Practice. The role will include dealing with members of the public; answering telephones; booking appointments; processing prescription requests, answering electronic queries and all other Practice based admin. You will be the central hub for the patients, staff and visitors. Experience in a GP Practice would be helpful, but is not essential for the right person.
The hours of work will be 1.15 8pm Monday 1.15 to 6.30pm Tues to Friday or There is no regular weekend or bank holiday work. You may be asked to work some overtime to cover annual leave/sickness but this would be discussed in advance.
