We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to support the delivery of a prestigious Graduate Recruitment Scheme. This role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the graduate selection process, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the recruitment journey.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Review a high volume of video applications, assessing candidates against a predefined scorecard to determine their suitability for progression.
  • Lead and participate in virtual assessment centres, introducing graduate candidates and ensuring the smooth execution of the assessment process.
  • Act as the consistent assessor, providing guidance to internal assessors and advising on candidate decisions during the assessment process to maintain fairness and uniformity.
  • Lead daily calls with Quality Assessors to review candidate assessment scores and provide recommendations on which candidates should advance to the final interview stage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Confidence in presenting to groups and delivering key information effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in assessment scoring and reporting.
  • Excellent IT proficiency, comfortable using multiple IT systems simultaneously.
  • Customer-centricity, with a strong focus on providing a high level of service to candidates and customers.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
