SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency & Lettings
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: OTE £ 35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client, a highly successful, independent Sales and Lettings agency is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Lister to join their professional team based at their Basingstoke office.
You will need to have a great track record in residential sales, generating and winning business from both Landlords and applicants.
You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service. You need to be able to work independently as well as advancing as part of a team.
You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Lister role will include:
- Previous experience in Residential Sales
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Basingstoke area essential
- Full Driving License and car owner
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
