Are you a well-presented, and well spoken, articulate and energetic individual who has a strong background and track record in residential property sales?
If this sounds like you and you are based within reach of the Farnham area, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with a premium local estate agency.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry, and a desire to learn how to be a better estate Agent and win valuations.
You will be assisting in ensuring the branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential sales
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Farnham area is preferred
- Great telephone manner
- Strong people skills
- Dynamic and charismatic personality
- Boundless energy and enthusiasm
