Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Accounts Payable Clerk for a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Invoice payments for FNAC, Admin, ITEC and HR departments
- Daily Concur and Entertainment expenses checking and related cost entry
- Support all staff with Concur/Entertainment inquiries
- Cost allocation and recharge, issuing invoices to group companies
- Provide temporary cover for the mailroom person on occasions of sickness and holiday or operational absence.
Profile:
The successful temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk will have at least 6+ months experience working within a finance team and will have had exposure to the Accounts Payable process.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a logistics firm based in the City of London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk position will be paying circa £25,000 - 32,000 per annum. This is dependant on experience.
