This is a really great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an ambitious and growing construction company who specialise in Groundworks in the Residential sector, where you will have the opportunity to play a big role in the expansion into new territories alongside your won professional growth.

This well-established and ambitious groundworks contractor work on a variety of construction projects across multiple sectors, including private housing, roads and sewers, commercial developments, schools, retail spaces, and leisure facilities. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality service to all clients, with the vast majority of their clients being the nation's largest housebuilders and they focus on building long-term business relationships with them to capatilise on repeat business. Due to the continued increase in workload from these valued relationships, they are now seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
In this role you will have a number of responsibilities, within this role you will be mostly based and working on-sites around the Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for preparing tenders to submit with the goal of winning profitable work. You will also be responsible for utilising in-house packages and spreadsheets for valuations and variations. Finally, amongst other responsibilities, you will have consistent communication with colleagues, on-site staff and suppliers to ensure projects are commercially running smoothly and allow for any problems to be resolved proactively.
The Ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Residential or Groundworks sectors, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to the sites in and around Yorkshire.

- Quantity Surveyor
- Experienced working on Residential or Groundworks projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Happy to travel to different sites in and around Yorkshire
- Full UK drivers license
