- You will have at least 5 years of experience in dealing with corporate transactions with a focus on the public sector.
- With a diverse client base across the UK, the team create innovative partnerships and provide bespoke solutions for clients.
- We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Lawyer who is less interested in the day – to - day corporate caseload and more excited by innovative and headline-grabbing matters.
