Billing Specialist
to join their team.
The role
As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent invoice and settlement processes for clients and subcontractors, and communicating effectively across departments.
- £24,000 - £27,000 pa DOE
- Full-Time, Permanent
- 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working - Office based in SK15
Key accountabilities
- Create invoices / settlements
- Communication across departments
- Following procedures and comprehending invoicing instructions (including uploads to client portals)
- Processing detailed information accurately
- Monitor progress of client orders in line with SLAs and identifying concerns
- Management of excel database and reporting metrics
- Data extraction from accounting software
- Ensure invoices are properly coded to accounts and divisions
Skills & experience
- Billing experience preferred
- High level of attention to detail
- Well organised
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- Competent with MS office (including excel)
