Part-Time Finance Administrator (25-30 hours per week)

Our client is a successful and long-established business with a fabulous reputation and offering a great working environment. An opportunity has arisen to hire a new Finance Administrator to join a small dedicated finance team. You'll need some accounts payable experience and this role is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the Petty Cash account.
  • Inputting income to Access Financials accounting system.
  • Setting up and processing incoming direct debit receipts and following up cancellations and non-payment.
  • Setting up payments and administering income as requested by Finance Manager
  • Processing supplier invoices on Access Financials.
  • Compiling and entering BACS payments to suppliers.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Reconciling Purchase Ledger Direct Debit payments - monthly.
  • Staff BACS expenses payments.

There is flexibility around hours and days worked, and occasional work from home is possible, but please be aware this role requires office presence for the majority of the time. The successful applicant will be local to Kingston, have strong numeracy and organisational skills, be confident communicating with customers and suppliers and will have some finance admin experience.
