CREDIT CONTROL ADMINSTRATOR - WALSALL - 28-30K - PERM
My client a succesful business based in Cheslyn Hay are looking to recruit a Credit Control Adminstrator/Sales Ledger. To ensure all customer are billed correctly and efficently. You will working closely with the customer support and commercial teams. Ideally you will have a Credit Control of sales ledger background.
Work with other team members to ensure:
- Invoices are raised accurately and on a timely basis (SOP)
- Cash is collected from customers by the due date
- Monitor debtor account balances and chase for prompt payment
- All queries from customers and colleagues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers throughout the month, with the ability to work flexibly through the month to deliver responsibilities
