The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m .
You will be working within a busy, friendly team environment providing full admin support.
Day-to-day of the role:
-Manage incoming telephone calls and provide helpful assistance.
-Process orders accurately onto the system, ensuring attention to detail.
-Maintain organised filing systems for important documentation.
-Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Some experience in an office environment or a recent graduate looking to enter the field.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficient in using email and telephone systems.
-Ability to process and input data with high accuracy.
