Job Type/Shift Patterns:?Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate:?£26.06/Hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary:

The post holder will support replacement project on in Lister. They are replacing analogue phones with VoIP. The supplier is changing from BT to 8x8 and there are other suppliers involved in it. Netcall for call centre phone and there are emergency phones as well.

Responsibilities:

Stage poly edge and DECT phones plus installing and testing the same.

Set up softphone accounts on 8x8 system.

Set up ring groups, call groups, voicemail, auto attendance for user's team/departments.

Triage any project issues and log calls with the supplier where appropriate.

Required Experience/Skills:

Must have previous experience:

Working experience with setting up softphone accounts on the 8x8 system.

Experience with System Configuration; configuring ring groups, call groups, voicemail, and auto-attendants.

Expertise with VoIP Technologies.

Deploy and configure Poly Edge and DECT phones, including installation and testing of these devices.

Notes:

This project is onsite and requires flexibility. While deployments are currently planned for regular hours, weekend or after-hours work may be needed later for busy areas.
