We are working with a long standing Wealth Management firm based in the Hull area, who are looking for someone to join them as either a Senior Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner. Therefore they are happy to consider people with experience in either / both positions.
Day to Day tasks of a Trainee Paraplanner:
- Servicing ongoing clients
- Preparing new business and manage annual reviews
- Completing company fact finds, fee agreements and client agreement forms
- Issuing letters of authority
- Updating client files using Intelligent Office
- Processing new business
- Preparing new business packs for meetings
- Being the point of contact between client and adviser
- Liaising with providers
Experience required for the Trainee Paraplanner role:
- 3+ years within IFA Admin / Paraplanning
- Intelligent Office
- Microsoft Office
Benefits and Financials:
- £28,000 - £32,000 salary
