Our client is seeking a HR Manager to join a large company and play a pivotal role in all aspects of the companies HR. This will include the end-to-end employee life cycle, recruitment, training & development, rewards/benefits, employee relations, HR data reporting and HR projects. You will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in shaping the company's future.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide expert advice to management on all employee relations issues, such as performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including vetting candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers.
  • Support internal and external inquiries related to the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both paper-based and digital.
  • Manage absence records and assist with employee compensation and benefits documentation.
  • Enter and maintain data integrity within HR systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters.
  • Compile and submit monthly HR KPIs.
  • Apply HR best practices to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Lead and implement HR projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a senior management team.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR systems and maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to drive HR projects to completion.
