TH Solutions are currently looking for clinical lead nurse to help run a 82 bed care home that offers support to Residential, Nursing and Dementia care.
As a lead nurse you are in charge of all clinical settings for the Unit , from managing staff and care plans and will be on to step in and support the home manager when needed.
You
- NMC Registration required.
- 2 plus years senior nurse OR clinical lead experience in care home settings.
- Care Plan and Staff Management experience required

- Mainly working Monday to Friday ( some weekends will be needed as and when)
- Paid NMC pin renewal
- Paid breaks and handover
