Business Analyst
- Contract Duration: Until 31/03/2025
- Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office, ideally Farringdon, London)
- Daily Rate: £400 - £450 (inside IR35)
Join a leading management consultancy and technology services company, specialising in IT and financial services. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with our client, a large logistics organisation. This role involves significant interaction with stakeholders and requires a strong technical background.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work within the "Customer Proposition" Tower on the "Predictive Delivery Windows" project.
- Engage closely with business, operational, and IT stakeholders to manage and meet project requirements.
- Perform requirements gathering, process mapping, and ensure alignment with business goals in a highly governed environment.
- Manage vendor and supplier interactions within a multi-supplier landscape.
- Operate effectively within both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
- Maintain proactive communication and collaboration across teams to ensure project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and the ability to challenge and refine project requirements.
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier environment.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and working in highly governed settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.
- Ability to work proactively, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the logistics sector, particularly with Parcel Systems.
- Experience working for a consultancy.
