The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a residential portfolio of 200+ units, a deep understanding of compliance, and a proven ability to manage work orders and contractors efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and an eye for detail. With a hybrid working setup allowing for 2 days of remote work, the role requires at least 2 years of experience, and ARLA qualifications would be highly beneficial.
