Experienced Residential Conveyancer, Stockport
Office hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5:30PM
Salary: £26,000k (flexible depending on experience)
My legal client based in Stockport is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to manage a diverse and high-volume caseload of property transactions.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and new build transactions.
- Conduct property title checks and searches, and prepare necessary legal documentation.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Use Proclaim software to manage cases and maintain accurate records.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Handle any issues or complications that arise during the conveyancing process with professionalism and efficiency.
Job requirements:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proficiency in using Proclaim software.
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
