Financial Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator with a finance background looking to work on a part-time basis?

We've recently taken on a new position with our client in the Diss area, who is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team working 3 days per week.

They are willing to offer training for the position, however, ideally require an individual with a finance background, either in banking, mortgages or financial services.

Working hours:

  • 3 days per week (Monday is essential within these 3 days)
  • 9.00 AM – 3.00 PM

The successful Financial Administrator will be offered:

  • £11,000 - £14,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Financial Administrator requirements:

  • Experience as an Administrator - ideally finance background, either in banking, mortgages or financial services
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Highly organised working manner
  • Ability to work individually, as well as, part of a larger team
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

As a Financial Administrator, your responsibilities will involve:

  • Preparing client files
  • Preparing meetings for Financial Advice team
  • Report writing
  • General office Admin
  • Completing Paperwork and Applications
