Part-Time Business Development Administrator

Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Business Development Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis with flexible hybrid working.

Main duties will include:

  • Supporting the sales team with research and business development
  • Drafting and sending engaging follow-up emails
  • Outbound calls to existing and occasionally prospective clients
  • Database administration - updating the CRM, adding and merging contacts

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Strong communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Business development experience
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Good IT skills, including CRM management
