About the Role:
TimePlan Education is seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to work across Hertfordshire on a flexible, ad-hoc basis. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that exams are conducted in accordance with JCQ regulations, providing a fair and supportive environment for students during exam periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during exams, ensuring a calm and orderly atmosphere.
- Assist with the setup and preparation of exam venues.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
- Monitor students throughout the exam to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
- Report any issues or irregularities to the exam coordinator or lead invigilator.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior invigilating experience is desirable.
- JCQ training or willingness to undertake training is required.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexibly during exam periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
- Calm under pressure and able to maintain a quiet, focused exam environment.
