Our Clients are looking for a Sales Administrator .
General Duties
- Support the Account Manager in all areas of their commercial activities
- Handle with customer enquiries and requests via telephone/email
- Raise sample requests and send samples to the customers or contract manufacturers
- Work closely with internal departments across different functions
- Work closely with the Customer Service Department during order processing
- Prepare presentations and quote letters
- Keep customer records, pricing and requirements up-to-date
- Support the Account Manager with customer complaints - internally & externally
- Work with Microsoft Office manage projects and administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following Skills and Attributes:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a sales or customer services support role
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and a team player
- Skilled in solving problems fast and effectively
- Customer focused, commercial mindset
- Be thorough and clear in their communication
- Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail and quality
- Able to prioritise workload without supervision
- Good time management
- Highly proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, making ppt presentations
- Self-motivated with ability to show initiative
