What you'll do
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and engineers.
- Manage job processes from initiation to invoicing, ensuring timely completion per customer KPIs.
- Maintain the engineering schedule and coordinate with Service Coordinators.
- Review and approve quotations and engineer recommendations.
- Liaise with stores for parts and subcontractor pricing.
- Ensure quotation records are accurate and analyse performance regularly.
- Prepare, review, and approve invoices, checking job profitability.
- Monitor customer contracts and update asset lists.
- Standardize department diaries and issue weekly PPM schedules.
- Generate monthly valuation reports and keep the customer database current.
- Attend customer performance review meetings.
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience ideally in the refrigeration or engineering industry.
- Proficient in IT systems (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and system software).
- Full UK driving licence.
