We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Construction Consultancy based in the Dartford area specialising in residential developments, , refurbishments and conversions, façade and cladding packages and hotel / student accommodation refits.
You will need to have client facing and consultancy background aswell as experience working within a contractor, being our clients main lead in the Surveying department.
We are looking for someone who has diversity in project sectors, an all rounder
Office based role - with site visits
Monday to Friday
The core requirements:
- Quantity Surveying background with client facing knowledge
- Contractor experience, whether that be main or sub contracting
- Leading a project, hit the ground running
- MRICS beneficial but not essential
- Relevant Construction qualifications (HND, HNC or Degree level)
BASED IN DARTFORD
Salary - £85k circa (DOE) + package
Will consider a permanent self employed option for the right candidate
