Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their Contracts Team and play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of project timelines, budgets, and customer communications.
- Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure projects are on track.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of detailed project plans.
- Track and report on project costs, ensuring alignment with estimates.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Help coordinate client visits and assist with monthly reporting.
About You:
- Several years of experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a reactive environment and under project deadlines.
