This growing yet established construction company specialise in structural and architectural metalwork. Offering a full design, manufacture and installation process to a diverse mixture of clientele including many tier 1 main contractors. With the vast majority of their projects being within the Residential sector where they can provide many solutions to fit their client's needs. They have recently seen a period of growth due to winning a number of new projects, this is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this great opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, starting from managing their lower values projects, which will give you a great opportunity to gain valuable management experience if you have managed projects previously. Once you have these projects you will then liaise with in house design teams to ensure drawings meet client specifications and are being completed to the deadlines. As well as that, you will be visiting sites once projects are underway to ensure they are being installed properly and help solve any problems as they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities, you'll also be assisting the other Project Managers to help lighten their workload when needed.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with metal work knowledge or experience looking to kick start their management career, with no previous management experience needed as you will receive full training and progression within a growing company.

The Role:
- Working on a mixture of Structural or Architectural metalwork projects
- With most projects being within the Residential industry
- Managing smaller values projects up to £100,000
- Based In their office in Slough, visiting sites in and around London
- Get great training, support on qualifications and clear progression through the company
The Person:
- Motivated individual with metalwork knowledge or experience
- Proficient in Excel, with good further computer knowledge
- Commutable distance to their office in Slough
- Full UK drivers license
